Ask your fleet from Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.
The CaribeTrack connector brings your fleet data into the AI assistant you already use. Ask where your vehicles are, who was speeding yesterday or what expires this month, and get the answer from your own account data, with the same permissions as your user.
Your fleet, inside the AI assistant you already use.
Caguas, Puerto Rico, September 24, 2026. CaribeTrack has launched its AI connector for fleet customers in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. The connector uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard that Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants use to connect to outside systems.
With the connector, a fleet manager can type a question in English or Spanish and the assistant checks CaribeTrack on the spot: live locations, trips and stops, speeding, camera events, due dates, fuel and maintenance. If the user has edit rights, the assistant can also create alerts, geofences and places, or log maintenance, always after the user confirms.
Works with
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- Grok
- Microsoft Copilot
- Cursor
- and other MCP clients
You connect it with one link, https://mcp.caribetrack.com, and sign in with your usual CaribeTrack username and password. Nothing to install.
Ask the way you would ask your dispatcher.
You don't need to know which report holds each number. The assistant picks the right query, runs it in CaribeTrack and answers with vehicle names, times and addresses.
Where it is and what it did
Live locations, trips, stops and the daily summary.
How did we do yesterday?
Where are my trucks, and which ones are running?
What route did truck 12 take yesterday, and where did it stop?
Which vehicle is closest to Plaza Las Américas, and how long would it take to get there?
Which units haven't reported in more than 24 hours?
Who is driving, and how
Speeding, harsh braking, drivers and comparisons.
How many speeding events did we have yesterday?
Which driver had the most harsh braking in August?
Who are my safest drivers this month?
Who drove van 7 on Friday?
Nothing expires by surprise
Registration, insurance, licenses, service and fuel.
What expires this month?
When do the registration sticker and insurance on ABC-123 expire?
Which drivers have an expired or expiring license?
What were my least used vehicles last month?
Which trucks got the worst miles per gallon in August?
What happened inside and out
AW500 cameras, photos, video, temperature and inputs.
Who used their phone while driving this week?
Show me yesterday's camera photos from truck 18.
Request the camera video from truck 18 today at 3:00 PM.
What was the reefer temperature yesterday between 2 and 4?
How many times was the cargo door opened yesterday?
After you confirm
If your user is allowed to do it in CaribeTrack.
Create a 65 mph speed alert for all trucks.
Notify my phone when truck 12 leaves the Warehouse geofence.
Alert me if van 7 is used on weekends or after 7 PM.
Add a place for the customer at 1500 Ponce de León Ave, San Juan.
Share truck 12's location for two hours.
The same data as the platform
If you can see it in CaribeTrack, the assistant can look it up.
- Drivers, assignments and time tracking
- Places, geofences and customer visits
- Fuel purchases and fuel economy
- Maintenance history and inspections
- Edit vehicle and driver details
- Assign a driver and log maintenance
Each query covers up to one month. If you ask for a longer period, the assistant offers to split it. If you ask for something CaribeTrack does not record, such as hours of service (HOS) or engine fault codes, it tells you so and offers the closest thing that exists.
A daily summary and a new alert, without opening a report.
Examples with sample data. Vehicle and driver names are fictitious.
38 of 45 vehicles went out yesterday and drove 3,412 miles. They were on the road for 71 hours and idled for 9.5 hours. There were 16 speeding events.
Want the breakdown by vehicle, or just the trucks?
Here is the alert I'm about to create:
- Type
- Speed over 65 mph
- Vehicles
- 12 in the Trucks group
- Tolerance
- 30 seconds
Done. The Trucks 65 mph alert is set up. Four of those trucks don't have phone notifications turned on. Should I turn them on?
Three steps, about two minutes.
Nothing to install and no IT project. All you need is your CaribeTrack user with connector access turned on.
It is the same for every assistant:
https://mcp.caribetrack.comIn Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, as a custom connector. The steps for each one are below.
The CaribeTrack sign-in page opens. Enter your username and password, tap «Authorize» and ask your first question.
Steps for each assistant

- Go to Customize → Connectors, tap + and choose Add custom connector.
- Name: CaribeTrack. URL:
https://mcp.caribetrack.com. - Tap Connect and sign in with your CaribeTrack user.

- Create a new app or connector with the URL
https://mcp.caribetrack.comand OAuth authentication. - Sign in with your CaribeTrack user and turn it on in the conversation.

https://mcp.caribetrack.comand sign in with your CaribeTrack user.
Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and others for technical teams
In Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http caribetrack https://mcp.caribetrack.com
Then, in /mcp, pick caribetrack and authenticate. In Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot or Copilot Studio, add a remote HTTP MCP server with the same URL. Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with automatic client registration.
The assistant can do what your user can. And a little less.
The connector gives no one new access. It follows the rules your CaribeTrack account already has and removes the actions that should not happen from a chat.
Built for fleets in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

Finds addresses on the island, estimates real road travel time and shares a vehicle's location with a link.
A team in Caguas that knows your account and helps you connect, in English and Spanish.
What people ask before connecting it.
Which assistants can I use?
Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT in developer mode, Grok on Business and Enterprise plans, and any MCP-compatible client such as Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot or Copilot Studio.
How do I turn it on for my users?
Connector access is turned on per user. Send us the users on your account who will use it and we'll enable them. Each person connects with their own username and password.
Does it cost extra?
Ask your sales representative or call 787 705 6868 about availability for your account. The AI assistant subscription (Claude, ChatGPT or another) is separate, and you get it directly from that provider.
Is my data used to train AI models?
CaribeTrack does not train AI models on your data, and it only gives the assistant what you ask for, when you ask for it. What the assistant's provider does with your conversations depends on your plan and your privacy settings with that service. Review them before you connect, especially on personal accounts.
What can the assistant change?
If your user has edit rights: create, edit and turn off alerts, turn phone notifications on or mute them, create places and geofences, edit vehicles and drivers, assign drivers, log maintenance, share a vehicle's location and request camera video. Always after you confirm. It can't delete vehicles, drivers, places, geofences or history, trigger the immobilizer, or change users or permissions.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Ask in English or Spanish and the assistant answers in the same language, using your account's miles or kilometers and local time.
Are there limits?
Each query covers up to one month, and long lists return the 100 most recent records; the assistant offers to narrow or split the period. There is also a per-minute query limit to protect the service, which normal use doesn't reach.
How do I disconnect it?
From your assistant's connector settings, at any time. If someone leaves your company, we can also remove their connector access from CaribeTrack.
Turn on the connector for your fleet.
If you are already a customer, tell us which users will use it. If not, we'll show you CaribeTrack and the connector with a demo vehicle. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
